The inside of the crown is contaminated with hand-grease.

Clean the inside of the crown with an acetone solution.

The inside of the crown is too slippery.

Solution / Answer (2)

Treat the inside of the crown with alumina sandblasting.

Cause (3)

Resin cement has not been used for bonding.

Solution / Answer (3)

Be sure to use resin cement such as Panavia F 2.0, Panavia 21 by Kuraray and Relyx Unicem by 3M.
